Shipping & Delivery

Premium floors, delivered with care — across Canada.

Flooring is heavy, valuable, and easy to damage. That’s why we’ve built three delivery options — so every order arrives the way you need it, without surprises.

Three Ways To Receive Your Order

Pickup, curb-side, or white-glove inside the home.

Every flooring order is shipped on a pallet from our warehouse or a cross-stock terminal closest to you. Choose the delivery option that fits your project, your timeline, and your crew.

01

Option 01

Customer Pickup

Pick up your order directly from one of our warehouses or cross-stock terminals. The most economical option for contractors, installers, and anyone with a trailer or cargo van.

  • Pickup from warehouse or terminal closest to you
  • Appointment-based — we’ll send pickup details
  • Bring your own equipment for loading heavy pallets
  • No delivery freight charge
Best For · Trade & Contractor Orders
02

Option 02

Curb-Side Delivery

Our standard residential option. A freight truck drops your pallet at the closest, safest point the driver can reach — usually the end of your driveway or right at the curb. From there, it’s yours to move.

  • Pallet placed at the curb or end of driveway
  • No driveway access, stairs, or interior placement
  • You’ll need help and equipment to move it inside
  • Appointment window confirmed before dispatch
Best For · DIY & Standard Home Projects

Option 03

White-Glove Delivery

Inside-the-home delivery, handled with care. Our team brings your flooring past the threshold, into the room of your choice — so you’re not hauling pallets up stairs or across hallways.

  • Inside-home delivery to the room of your choice
  • Stairs and interior navigation handled for you
  • Scheduled appointment with advance notice
  • Ideal for condos, multi-storey, or any awkward access
Best For · Condos, Stairs & Premium Projects

How Freight Is Calculated

Why shipping prices vary by order.

Flooring isn’t a parcel. A typical order is several heavy boxes stacked onto a pallet — often weighing up to several thousand pounds per pallet — moving through a freight network, not a courier.

That means your delivery cost is calculated from your order’s real-world weight, footprint, and the distance it has to travel through that network. Three specific factors drive it:

i.

Product Weight

Engineered, solid hardwood, tile and stone are dense. Heavier orders cost more to move.

ii.

Pallet Dimensions

Freight is priced on volume as well as weight. Larger pallets take up more truck space.

iii.

Distance & Access

Major metro, regional, or remote route — and any lift-gate or white-glove handling.

iv.

Destination Type

Residential curb-side, commercial dock, or inside-home white-glove each have different costs.

“Floors are big, heavy, and expensive — so we treat the ride just as carefully as the product. Tell us your project and your access, and we’ll match you with the right delivery option.”

Typical Lead Times

Every project moves at its own speed.

Transit time depends on where your product is stocked and where it’s headed. Here’s a rough guide — but for your specific SKUs, quantities, and address, a quick call with our team will always get you the most accurate answer.

1–2

In Stock Locally

When your product is already on the shelf at the warehouse or terminal nearest you, shipping can be as fast as 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

4–6

Out-Of-Town Delivery

For destinations outside our local network, 4–6 business days in transit is typical once your order leaves the warehouse.

+

Warehouse Transfers

Some SKUs need to transfer in from another warehouse before we can ship to you. That extra leg adds time — how much depends on the route and the stock situation.

7–10

Custom Fabrication

Custom stair nosing, moldings, and special-order items add 7–10 business days of manufacturing time before shipping even begins.

The Best Way To Get An Accurate Timeline

Talk to a flooring expert about your specific project.

Product availability, warehouse location, transfer routes, and your delivery address all move the number. Two minutes on the phone will get you a realistic, project-specific estimate — not a guess.

Good To Know

Curb-side delivery means your pallet is dropped at the closest, safest point the driver can reach — typically the end of the driveway or directly at the curb. Once the pallet is placed there, the delivery is considered complete. Driveway access, stairs to the front door, interior hallways, and room placement are not included unless white-glove delivery is selected. All packaging materials required for the delivery — including the pallet, shrink wrap, strapping, and any protective wrapping — are the customer’s responsibility to dispose of. Custom fabrication adds 7–10 business days on top of the standard transit window, and all freight quotes are confirmed at checkout or by our team.
