The Mannington Kodiak in Champagne is a genuine engineered hardwood floor — a real White Teak wood veneer bonded to a dimensionally stable engineered core and protected by a durable aluminum-oxide matte finish. This 5" wide with varying lengths up to 48" brings the warmth and authenticity of natural White Teak to living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, hallways, and offices. It can be glued, stapled, nailed, or floated over most subfloors, including many below-grade and over-radiant applications. Full Bevel edges add definition from plank to plank.
