VIVA - CARPET - SIGNATURE COLLECTION - SIGNATURE - 12' - CREAM

Meet Cream (colour 1138) from the VIVA Signature broadloom carpet collection — the heaviest quality on Viva's current price list: a 100% polyester cut pile with a 55 oz pile weight and a tall 17 mm pile for a deep, plush feel underfoot. Cream is a warm, creamy beige that brings a cosy, welcoming feel to a deep, plush pile. Its face weight is 55 oz per square yard — the amount of yarn in every square yard, and the quickest way to compare how full one carpet is against another; the 17 mm pile height tells you how deep it feels underfoot. It is a cut pile carpet made from 100% Polyester, with a Fusionback secondary backing. Signature comes off a 12 ft broadloom roll (3.66 m) and is sold by the linear foot: every linear foot covers 12 sq ft, so 20 linear ft gives you 240 sq ft. Its warranty applies to owner-occupied homes, which makes Cream a natural fit for bedrooms, living rooms and family spaces. Order it online from Word of Mouth Floors, with delivery across Canada quoted to your address.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is VIVA Signature carpet made of?
Signature is a cut pile carpet made from 100% Polyester, with a 55 oz/yd² (1,870 g/m²; listed as pile weight on Viva's spec sheet) face weight, a 17 mm pile height, a 5/32" machine gauge and a Fusionback secondary backing.

What does Cream look like?
Cream is a warm, creamy beige that brings a cosy, welcoming feel to a deep, plush pile. Viva notes that colour may vary from dye lot to dye lot, so buy everything for one room from the same lot.

How wide is the roll and how is it sold?
Signature comes on a 12 ft (3.66 m) broadloom roll and is sold by the linear foot. Each linear foot covers 12 sq ft, so 20 linear ft × 12 ft = 240 sq ft. Enter your linear footage and the calculator shows the square footage for you.

What warranty does it carry?
It is covered by Viva Flooring Distribution's Performance Assurance limited warranty. During the specified warranty period it covers manufacturing defects, guarantees the pile will not wear more than 10% by weight from normal foot traffic, and protects against abnormal loss of surface texture; stain-resistance and pet-stain coverage are specific to individual products. The warranty applies to first-quality carpet installed by a certified installer in an owner-occupied home in Canada or the United States, over an approved underpad, with regular care and maintenance. Ask us for the warranty terms that apply to this colour.

Can it be installed on stairs?
The supplier's wear and texture-retention warranty does not cover carpet installed on stairs, so talk to us before planning a staircase with this carpet.

Can it go in a bathroom or other damp area?
No. Carpet is not suited to bathrooms, laundry rooms or any area with standing water or persistent moisture, and the warranty excludes high-moisture areas.
