XL FLOORING - Easytile - Canyon Clay

Elevate your space with Canyon Clay from the XL Flooring Easytile Collection — a premium glue-down (dryback) luxury vinyl tile engineered for real life. Canyon Clay pairs a soft light-grey stone look in a 12" x 24" format with a tough 12 mil (0.3mm) wear layer that stands up to pets, kids and high-traffic living, and its full-spread adhesive installation bonds every tile directly to the subfloor for a rock-solid, silent, dimensionally stable result. The large 12" x 24" tile format means fewer seams and a clean, contemporary look in kitchens, entryways, living areas and light-commercial spaces, while the brushed-emboss surface adds subtle texture underfoot. At 5mm thick with 20 sq ft per box, it is easy to plan: measure your room in square feet, add a waste allowance and round up to full boxes. XL Flooring backs Easytile with a limited 20-year residential warranty and a limited 10-year commercial warranty, and it ships from the supplier's Delta, BC warehouse. Quiet, comfortable underfoot and low-maintenance, Canyon Clay is the practical, good-looking floor that simply works.

Detailed Specifications

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Easytile a tile or a plank?
Canyon Clay is a 12" x 24" luxury vinyl tile (LVT) from XL Flooring's Easytile collection — 5mm thick with a dryback (glue-down) construction and a brushed-emboss surface. Each box covers 20 sq ft.

Is it good for pets and kids?
Its 12 mil (0.3MM) wear layer helps the surface resist everyday scratches and scuffs in busy homes, the surface wipes clean easily, and XL Flooring backs it with a limited 20-year residential warranty.

Can I install it myself?
Canyon Clay is a glue-down floor: full-spread adhesive is troweled onto a flat, clean, dry subfloor and the tiles are set and rolled into it. It is not a click-together or floating system, so a professional installer is recommended for the best long-term result.

What warranty does it carry?
XL Flooring provides a limited 20-year residential warranty and a limited 10-year commercial warranty on Easytile.

Can it go over radiant heat?
Many vinyl floors are radiant-heat compatible — confirm the temperature limits for this specific product before installing.
