As a custom home builder, the last thing you need is any supply chain headaches. James and the team from word of mouth floors went above and beyond for me and my clients. I found a product locally, connected with James and he informed me they didn’t carry it. Usually the conversation would stop there but James went out of his way to build a relationship with the supplier, secured over 5400 square feet, and made sure I would have it exactly when I needed it. He even sorted out sample boxes to show the client. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. My husband and I recently purchased our flooring materials from Word of Mouth Floors. Let me say that they were by far the easiest/best experience we encountered during our renovation project. Not only were their prices substantially better than other flooring companies, but their service was spectacular as well. Trevor went above and beyond during the whole process. We had a small hiccup with the shipping company, as some items were missing. I let Trevor know, and within the hour he resolved the issue and personally delivered the missing items himself! This is amazing customer service, especially considering the issue was not even their fault! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great flooring prices and outstanding customer service!

Cody and James were instrumental in helping me find the right flooring that fits my budget (going from a decade old carpet to laminate). They provided helpful tips in regards to acclimation, expansion gaps, maintenance and choosing the right underlayment for the specific subfloor.
Prompt with their responses, they even responded to emails on weekends.

We were greeted by Tanner, which showed my wife and I some laminate flooring for my basement suite. I gave him some ideas to what I want, and he showed me around the showroom. He even discussed all the technicality of the flooring which I had no idea before. Like hardness level, moisture resistant, scratch resistant. From looking to purchasing was a easy process. The other team members was really helpful as well! I recommend to anyone that needs a flooring supplier!

Unplanned visit today as it was one of the few flooring store open on Sunday. Simple no frills store. We were assisted by Trevor and he juggled between two groups offering advice and samples.
