Shipping rates are calculated based off the product weight, pallet dimensions and the distance required to be travelled in order to complete delivery. The closer you are to the fulfillment centre from which your floor is being shipped, the more cost effective your freight rates will be.

A curb-side delivery means that the delivery vehichle will come equipped with a lift-gate which will lower your pallet to the curb, which will constitute a complete delivery.

Please note that it will be the customer's responsibility to bring the flooring inside. 

All packaging related to the delivery including the wrapping, boxes, and pallet will need to be disposed of by the customer

You can also choose to pick up your flooring to avoid paying any shipping costs. You will just want to be sure you have a vehicle that is capable of handling the weight associated with your order.

There could be a few reasons why you are unable to obtain a freight rate.

The most likely is that the delivery address entered is to far away from the fulfillment centre for the product you are interested in to obtain a flat rate delivery fee. For example, if you are in Alberta and shopping for a product that is fulfilled out of British Columbia.

It could also be that you have added multiple products, which may ship from different fulfillment centrees to your shopping cart.

Absolutely! The vast majority of our suppliers allow for a customer pickup, which will permit you to avoid paying any delivery fees.

Just be sure to select the customer pickup option at checkout.
